XP0 XP1

  

Used by Joe Gibbs Racing to qualify in their restrictor plate engines.

Features:
  • XP0 utilizes ultra-low viscosity synthetic base oils and the same unique combination of anti-wear and friction reducing additives that XP1 uses to reduce friction and fights valve-train wear
  • Compatible with methanol and high octane race fuels
Recommended applications:
  • NASCAR V-8 restrictor plate qualifying
  • NHRA Pro Stock
  • Viscosity typical of a SAE 0W
It can be blended and is completely compatible with XP1, XP2 or XP3.

  

Used by Joe Gibbs Racing in all their un-restricted plate, NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series engines.

  • Designed to handle 500 miles of competition, over 9,500 rpm, and temperatures above 250 degrees
  • XP1 reduces friction and fights valve-train wear, especially in flat-tappet engines by utilizing multiple synthetic base oils, and a unique combination of anti-wear and friction reducing additives
  • Compatible with methanol and high octane race fuels
Recommended applications:
  • Iron Block V-8 race engines with main and rod bearing clearances under .0025
  • Flat-Tappet Race Engines
  • Legends car engines
  • Engines where a 30 weight oil is called for
  • GM Crate Motors and other spec or sealed motors
  • Viscosity typical of a SAE 5W-20
It can be blended and is completely compatible with XP2, XP3 or XP0.
XP2 XP3

  

Used by Joe Gibbs Racing in all their restrictor plate, NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series engines.

Features
  • XP2 utilizes low viscosity synthetic base oils using the same unique combination of anti-wear and friction reducing additives that XP1 uses to reduce friction and fights valve-train wear
  • Compatible with methanol and high octane race fuels
Recommended applications:
  • NASCAR V-8 restrictor plate race engines
  • USAC Ford Focus Midgets and other race engines with main and rod bearing clearances under .0020
  • Viscosity typical of a SAE 0W-15
It can be blended and is completely compatible with XP1, XP3 or XP0.

  • A higher viscosity version of XP1, XP3 offers outstanding high temperature – high shear protection
  • Designed for aluminum blocks and looser clearances­, XP3 also utilizes multiple synthetic base oils and a unique combination of anti-wear and friction reducing additives to reduce friction and fights valve-train wear
  • Compatible with methanol and high octane race fuels
Recommended applications:
  • Big block dirt late model V-8s
  • Sprint and Midget engines
  • Turbo and supercharged engines
  • Ideal for wet sump engines and other race engines with main and rod bearing clearances over .0030
  • Viscosity typical of a SAE 10W-30
It can be blended and is completely compatible with XP1, XP2 or XP0.
XP4 XP5


 

Features:
  • A SAE 15W-50, petroleum version of our original formula race oil
  • XP4 offers lower cost protection for dirt and alcohol fueled engines that change oil after every race to prevent dirt and/or alcohol contamination
  • Compatible with methanol and high octane race fuels
Recommended applications:
  • Big block dirt late model V-8s
  • Sprint and Midget engines
  • Other race engines with main and rod bearing clearances over .0030
  • Viscosity typical of a SAE 15W-50

 

Features:
  • XP5 provides excellent high temperature shear and oxidation stability compared to mineral oils without the higher cost of a full synthetic
  • Viscosity Grade: 20W-50
Recommended applications:
  • Perfect for loose clearance engines and older dry sump pumps.
XP6 BR

 

Features:
  • Provides excellent bearing oil film thickness and outstanding cold start protection compared to similar viscosity oils
  • Designed for aluminum blocks and looser clearances.
  • Viscosity Grade: 15W-50


  

Used by Joe Gibbs Racing to break-in and dyno all their NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series engines.

Features
  • This petroleum based oil provides superior break-in properties for flat-tappet engines
  • The special additive package promotes ring seal and provides maximum protection for cams and lifters during initial break-in
BR can also be used to break in roller cam engines, and it can be used as a general purpose dyno oil.

  • This unique formula completely dissolves in oil
  • It can be applied to ring lands in order to prevent micro welding during initial break-in
  • The Joe Gibbs Performance Engine Assembly Grease combined with the MicroZol BR break-in oil provide a proven protection during break-in
